Recipe Mondays: White Chocolate Filled Snickerdoodles

I love snickerdoodles.  And I love chocolate.  And you know what -- if you put those together...you get a killer combination! It is super simple to do...and I was shocked.  When I first saw the pictures, my first thought was "There is no possible way I am skilled enough to do that!" But it was easy!
