Part 7 of:  “You Wear a ….. Skirt?”


When women fight for the position of leadership, often times men will back down and let them lead.  But this throws everything off balance.  Marriages fail, homes fall apart, and people lead scared and damaged lives. Many even start to question if they are a man or a woman.  

When a woman steps into the special position that God created just for her, and encourages the men around her to take the lead, she is taking the
first step in bringing the balance back into place.  Is this path easy? No.  Is life carefree after that? Certainly not.  But for the women who truly strive to live out the special position that they alone were created for, there is a fulfillment that can be found in nothing else.   “Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.”
It is very humbling to take a step back and let someone else take the lead.  It requires us to put our lives in the hands of a sinful man but, this in turn will teach us the importance of fully relying on God.  It’s a hard road, but as we see in Proverbs 31, the rewards are abundant.
